How it works
ByeByeReports aims to make homeschooling compliance and reporting a complete breeze for you. Here's how it works:
1. Fill our simple background questionnaire
This helps us understandd your education philosophy and needs better for authentic report drafting.
2. We will do a monthly check-in asynchronously
These check ins are low stakes and would only take you 5-10 minutes. All via email or chat.
3. Quarterly reports prepared for you in compliance with local regulation
At the end of each term of semester (depending on your local regulation), we draft the appropriate report for you.

The short answer is yes. The long answer is, it depends on where you are. Many jurisdictions that allow home education or homeschooling require parents to provide reports as if they were operating a school.
This is actually not as insidious as you think!
While school is not mandatory, it is a generally universally held view that education is compulsory. Local authorities and/or education departments want to have some tap on whether you are educating your child to the extent that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills suitable for their age.
